We The People: Profile
We The People is a new citizens movement dedicated to a rebirth of democracy all across America.
Campaign Finance Reform is one of the most important means for achieving a rebirth of democracy in our country.
Therefore, We The People is promoting a public awareness and educational campaign in favor of Clean Money and Clean Elections in the State of New Hampshire and at the Federal level.
We The People has a national presence, and is appropriately registered with the Secretary of State in all 50 states. Clean Money and Clean Elections legislation has been approved by the legislature in Maine and Vermont, and by public referenda in Massachusetts and Arizona. Clean Money, Clean Election legislation has also been submitted, but not yet passed, in the State of New Hampshire and at the Federal level.
We The People seeks funding to promote public awareness and education in favor of Clean Money and Clean Elections in the State of New Hampshire, to compliment the efforts of The New Hampshire Citizen's Alliance, and at the Federal level, to compliment the efforts of Public Campaign.
The Co-Founders of We The People are Jeffrey Blair Peters and Catherine H. Chase Peters. [See Picture to Left]
We The People is not and never has been affiliated in any way with Jerry Brown or Ross Perot, who had some components of a good message, but turned out to be the wrong messenger. We The People welcomes all Americans - Independents, Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians, Reform Party supporters, Green Party supporters, and especially non-registered potential new voters. We The People is a not for profit membership organization affiliated with, but separate from, We The People, The American People's Party - America's new third party of the moderate majority.
